Items marked as "Public" on the registration screen will be disclosed on the University's official webpage.
You can choose to disclose information or not on the "Select whether to make this information available from the University home page" on the "Privacy Settings" screen.
You can confirm how your data is displayed on the screen (English and Japanese screen) by clicking on the link, "Check how data will appear on the University's official webpage" on the menu.
 
2.Privacy settings on the University's official webpage
Information to be made available is based on what the researcher has configured on the "Select whether to make this information available from the University's official webpage" on the Researcher Information System (hereinafter referred to as the "DB system"), and it will be available in Japanese and English.

To make your own information available from the University's official webpage
Select "Yes" on the "Make this information available from the University's official webpage" on the "Privacy settings" screen.
When "Yes" is selected
Registered information on the DB system will be displayed on the University's official webpage according to the privacy settings for each data.
When "No" is selected
Registered information on the DB system will NOT be displayed on the University's official webpage nullifying the privacy settings for each data.

Privacy settings for each data
Please indicate for each item of data whether you would like to disclose it or not by clicking on the radio button "Select whether to make this information available from the University's official webpage" on the "Privacy settings" screen.
If you have selected "Yes" for an information category, and do not want to disclose some particular data in same category, open the data's registration screen and select "Yes/No" from "Available on the University's official webpage" screen.
◆There are three major classifications in the disclosure of registered information.
(1)Information that will always be disclosed
(2)Information that has privacy settings
(3)Information not disclosed to the public

◆In addition, there are two more divisions in the case that a person can register multiple data.
(1)Information with multiple registered data that can be selected for disclosure all together.
(2)Information with multiple registered data that cannot be selected for disclosure all together.

≪Notes≫
・Even if you have selected "Yes" on this screen, if you have selected "No" for a specific item on the data's "Available on the University's official webpage", the data will not be disclosed.
・Even if you have selected "Yes" for a specific item on the data's "Available on the University's official webpage", if you have selected "No" on this screen, the data will not be disclosed.
・Even if you change the "Yes/No" for each data in this screen, the data's "Available on the University home page" (Yes/No) setting will not be changed.
・If you have added new data, the data's default for "Available on the University home page" is set to "Yes".
